ASAM is unique in metal additive manufacturing for its material quality (wrought industrial alloys), delivery speed (36 hours from order to delivery), and low production cost (typically 25% of CNC and 10% of metal AM).

Polyfos developed a significant innovative technology to revolutionize Additive Manufacturing (AM) Digital Light Processing (DLP) and Stereolithography (SLA) by enabling a fully automatic workflow from file to part. AM with DLP and SLA generates about $3 billion annual revenue and grows rapidly as the technology matures (20% CAGR). The potential is much larger, but so far, AM growth is limited by the dependency of current solutions on manual post-processing. Post-processing consumes around 40% of the total labor in factories that use DLP and SLA for production and damages approximately 20% of the parts (reduced yield). With Polyfos technology, no manual work is needed to digitally produce industrial plastic parts. Polyfos is here to minimize the need for human labor in the AM workflow to enable the 4th industrial revolution.
